LIGHT - MEDIUM PRESSURE is a Swedish massage focusing on decreasing stress, depression and anxiety by contributing to calm the nervous system. LIGHT - MEDIUM PRESSURE.

Relaxation Massage Therapy

ncludes: 5-10 minutes physical assessment  + 5 mins Reassessment

MEDIUM - DEEP PRESSURE - focusing on injuries, pain / tense areas, post surgeries and more. Therapeutic Massage means your therapist will work on sore/chronic tense muscles that might end up sore after and needs rest.

Therapeutic Massage Therapy

Includes: 5-10 minutes physical assessment + 5 mins Reassessment

DEEP PRESSURE - best fits for individuals with built muscles as these muscles are thicker and needs in depth therapy. Muscles that have LITTLE TO  NO activity are not recommended for this type of massage therapy. Deep Tissue Massage means your therapist will work on deeper muscles that might end up sore after and needs rest.
