Yoga for Pre & Post natal women helps pregnant women prepare for birth, keeps them stronger while anxiously waiting for the arrival of their little one. Post natal will help you recover from your body's trauma with the help of meditation and breathing. Yoga prepares mothers mentally and physically to face a challenging responsibility.


- 6 Sessions= 1 session / week 
- Please be advised to check in with your Doctor! Most especially if you have health issues during pregnancy.  If not, then lets go Yoga and meet other mommas! :)

YOGA for Pre & Post natal women

Yoga for KIDS will help your little one learn how to pause when life gets to busy. Strengthen their core, increase muscle flexibility, and helps decrease anxiety. Yoga Kids will learn to take a break from all distractions, learn when to breathe and meditate while enjoying the company of other little yogis!  

- 5 sessions workshop. 1 session / week
- Start them while they are young!

LIGHT - MEDIUM PRESSURE is a Swedish massage focusing on decreasing stress, depression and anxiety by contributing to calm the nervous system. LIGHT - MEDIUM PRESSURE.

Relaxation Massage Therapy

ncludes: 5-10 minutes physical assessment  + 5 mins Reassessment

MEDIUM - DEEP PRESSURE - focusing on injuries, pain / tense areas, post surgeries and more. Therapeutic Massage means your therapist will work on sore/chronic tense muscles that might end up sore after and needs rest.

Therapeutic Massage Therapy

Includes: 5-10 minutes physical assessment + 5 mins Reassessment

DEEP PRESSURE - best fits for individuals with built muscles as these muscles are thicker and needs in depth therapy. Muscles that have LITTLE TO  NO activity are not recommended for this type of massage therapy. Deep Tissue Massage means your therapist will work on deeper muscles that might end up sore after and needs rest.

Deep Tissue Massage Therapy

Type of massage will depend on the patient concern, please let us know ahead of time if you prefer "same-room treatment".

Couples Massage Therapy

Includes: 5-10 minutes physical assessment. 

Focuses on upper back, neck, head and arms. Massage treatment over your clothes/ sheets.

Type of massage focusing on improving body circulation, detox and helps tone /shape areas of the body.

Detox Lymphatic Drainage Massage Therapy

Includes: 5 -10 minutes physical assessment.

The use of heated Basalt stone helps increase circulation, melts away tension and reduces muscle stiffness. The warmth of basalt stone promotes for deeper relaxation.

HOT STONE Massage Therapy

Includes 5 - 10 assessment + sanitation +  5 mins reassessment.
Please indicate in your heal history form any health conditions / injuries / dislocations/ fractures that might be a contraindicated for this type of massage.
