Yoga for Pre & Post natal women helps pregnant women prepare for birth, keeps them stronger while anxiously waiting for the arrival of their little one. Post natal will help you recover from your body's trauma with the help of meditation and breathing. Yoga prepares mothers mentally and physically to face a challenging responsibility. - 6 Sessions= 1 session / week - Please be advised to check in with your Doctor! Most especially if you have health issues during pregnancy. If not, then lets go Yoga and meet other mommas! :) Missed classes are not transferable or not refundable.
