Yoga for Pre & Post natal women helps pregnant women prepare for birth, keeps them stronger while anxiously waiting for the arrival of their little one. -5 Sessions= 1 session / week - Please be advised to check in with your Doctor! Most especially if you have health issues during pregnancy. If not, then lets go Yoga and meet other mommas! :) Missed classes are not transferable or not refundable.
