Description
Post natal will help you recover from your body's trauma with the help of meditation and breathing. Yoga prepares mothers mentally and physically to face a challenging responsibility. -4 consecutive sessions= 1 session / week - Please be advised to check in with your Doctor! Most especially if you have health issues during pregnancy. If not, then lets go Yoga and meet other mommas! :) -For the littles: Please bring their own baby pillow, blanket and carrier. Missed classes are not transferable or not refundable. It is scheduled for 4 consecutive sessions
