Yoga for KIDS will help your little one learn how to pause when life gets to busy. Strengthen their core, increase muscle flexibility, and helps decrease anxiety. Yoga Kids will learn to take a break from all distractions, learn when to breathe and meditate while enjoying the company of other little yogis! - 5 sessions workshop. 1 session / week - Start them while they are young! Missed classes are not transferable or not refundable.
